Initially co-founded and co-owned by two individuals from diverse backgrounds of industrial engineering and electro-medical healthcare professions, the Company’s current shareholding pattern also includes a publicly listed Islamic VC/PE fund, with 1/3^rd ownership stake distributed amongst the current three shareholders.

Ensmile has recently embarked on its global expansion plans with the establishment of a European production facility in Portugal. The Portugal production unit is a subsidiary of Ensmile with 65% ownership to be vested in the parent public limited company.
